Meet William Kuhn

William Kuhn is the Founder and Lead Inspector of Semper Fi Inspections & Expert Witness Consulting LLC, a veteran-owned inspection and consulting firm providing residential, commercial, industrial, environmental, code, and expert witness services throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

As a Certified Master Inspector® (CMI®) and Code Certified Master Inspector® (CCMI®), William has dedicated his career to helping property owners, investors, attorneys, municipalities, businesses, and homebuyers make informed decisions through detailed inspections, professional reporting, and objective consulting services.

His unique background combines military service, extensive technical training, inspection expertise, code knowledge, and expert witness consulting experience, allowing him to provide clients with practical, evidence-based evaluations and professional opinions.

Why We Started the Company

Semper Fi Inspections & Expert Witness Consulting was founded to provide clients with a higher level of service than what is often available in the inspection industry.

After years of training, military service, and professional development, William recognized the need for an inspection company that could offer more than a basic property inspection.

William proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012, achieving the rank of Corporal (E-4).
